Eskrima Night - Weapons Self Defence

This coming Thursday 21st, Mr Wayne Burleigh (Eskrima Black Belt) will be hosting an Eskrima training night at Cobra Beechboro. Open to juniors (pro-orange & above) and adults the event will cover::: 1) strikes 2) moving with stick 3) defense against stick attack 4) knife attack & defense (adults only)
